Message from MIKI about 2nd tune”Ai no Gunfreaker”.

I’m a musician, so I don’t wanna explain my thoughts with only words because I think I should sing about it. But, at this time, I’m trying to explain my thoughts with words about new song ”Ai no Gun Freaker (Gun Freaker of Love)”.

◆ About the song ◆
When I was in 3rd grade, I was bullied by classmates. It was the first time in my life that I wanted to die and I will never forget that experience, and I still remember it quite often.

In a sense, that experience has given me the strength to survive (in the survivor's way of thinking that “No problem, it's better than that” something like that), but I can't affirm it, absolutely not, and I don't want anyone to experience bullying in the future.

However, if you look around, you will see that adults are murderous in the form of war and discrimination. There is the gap between what they say and what they do, as a matter of course. Kind of “Double standards”. We want to destroy too much unreasonable stuff. That's my feeling when I sing "Ai no Gun Freaker".

Still, I don't think songs or music should impose one's own opinions. I don't think it's important to give an answer to a social problem, or whether it's right or heroic, but to think about it individually.

◆ About the MV ◆
The inside of the tunnel is a thought experiment in my mind, a tribute to Schrödinger's cat.
There are all kinds of possibilities for each person, and I wanted to convey that "life can change in any way depending on the choice" and "a different world is actually just around the corner."

My personal rule for creating music videos is that music videos should not be “Slideshow videos”. From the first time I made the music video for 1st "Kimi no Revolver(Your Revolver)", I always try to include my own philosophy.

This time, I realized that I don't sing because I want to be loved, I do it because I want to love. This is my big find.
